Who We Are & What We Believe
Open since 1994, we are a family-owned gastropub in the heart of Downtown Fredericksburg. We strive to provide a casual and inclusive environment for friends and family to gather to enjoy good company, good drinks, and good food.
We deeply believe in being involved in our community and giving back whenever we can. In the last 6 years we have sponsored numerous local charities and created the J. Brian’s Tap Room 15K road race to bring awareness to Veterans' issues. In that time, we have raised nearly $50,000.00 for the Wounded Warrior Project and our local veteran support organization, Team Red White and Blue – Fredericksburg. Your support allows us to continue to partner with these wonderful organizations that do so much to support those who have sacrificed so much.
Our pub serves two dozen beers on tap from around the world. You won't find any bottled beer here! We also serve wine and stock a wide variety of liquors for expertly mixed drinks.
Pizza, fresh salads, buffalo burgers, signature seafood and more, our unique restaurant menu will please everyone. Our Texas size smoker makes our pulled pork, salmon and other selections irresistable.
We offer both a covered front porch, perfect if you want to watch the goings on downtown, as well as the Back Yard garden and patio
